I am wanting to upgrade from windows95 to windows98. Which would be the best
one to upgraade to windows98 or windows98se? I am assuming the SE stands for
Second Edition.

It does stand for Second Edition and it is the one you want--not the
original--as it has added features and fixes

You have tagged on to a post that has nothing to do with your question so
people will probably not be responding to you as you appear to be responding
to the original poster. Make a new post and give it an appropriate subject.
Then give exact details of what you are doing and then what the computer
does. For the error messages, list them **verbatim** and maybe someone can
help.

After I had installed win98se, someone told me he lost all his files to Win98..
well, either he was nuts (he was an EE+MD) or he knew something..
