Help, what does it mean when I get 2 short beeps, pause then 2 more shorts
beeps after the win command?

This is a motherboard error code, not a Windows error code. Consult with
your computer manual, motherboard manual, or manufacturer's Web site.

What do you mean "after the win command". Are you typing WIN to start
Windows?
