I ran defrag. Got a message saying couldn't defrag because of errors. Ran
thorough scandisc with fix errors ticked. Tried defrag again and it still
said I had errors. Any suggestions?
Determine the brand of the hard drive, go to the maker's web site, download
their diagnostic software which runs from a floppy disk and check out the
health of your drive--it may be failing.
