Hello all,

One of my users has an error message of
"Windows cannot find vombbcxu.exe"
"This program is needed for opening files of
type 'Shortcut to MS-DOS Program'

I have search everywhere on the net
via "google.com" "support.microsoft.com" "sysmantec.com"
I cannot find anything related to this error message, can
anybody guide me to the right direction or provide a fix?
