Explorer performed illegal operation

I am trying to add a drive into my "SEND TO" file and when
I click on "new" or anything I get the above message and
have to re-start my computer.  Please help.

What's the rest of the error message? Was that all?

Be sure Dr. Watson is running in the background (put a shortcut to it in
your Startup folder). This will capture more data. If there is a Details
button on the error box, use it to get more information for us.
