After first time exploring and closing Accessibility,
small icons in Tool Bar (Quick Launch?  Lower left of
screen, right of Start button) have disappeared!

Unable to integrate new icons in tool bar when dragging
them down (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

2 hours of MS Knowledge Base exploration comes to zero
results in bringing back my icons!

How to?

Many thanks for an efficient solution.

Do you see Quick Launch in the Toolbar menu when right clicking the
taskbar?. If so, make sure it has a tick next to it and it should be fine.

In addition to Steven's comments, if you see it but it is greyed out, do
you have Tweak UI installed?  If the Tweak UI IE tab doesn't contain a
mark in Shell Enhancements, the menu will grey out.
