While installing Norton 2004 Systemworks Professional, it
stalls in Norton Password Manager at file msxml4.dll with
an error message that says "Error 1335. The cabinet file
Cabs.m18 required for this installation is corrupt and
cannot be used...". Any suggestions (a)how can I find and
access Cabs.m18, and (b) how can I uncorrupt it? Thanks

Symantec is aware of the problem and has provided a fix.  Go here and search
on 'NSW 1335'
