Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Software / March 2004unable to access "Control Panel" "My Computer"etc.
I can not open Control Panel,My Computer,Recycle Bin, My Documents,and folders on my desktop that i have short cuts too. I can access Add-Remove Programs, but only from the short cut in the windows Help file. Also, in order to access many folders, I have to use the "Run" command,open "Winfile",and go from there.Anybody no whats going on?
