compile error in hidden module

When I open the Microsoft Word, I received the following
error message:

"Compile error in hidden module: ThisDocument"

How can I fix this problem. Thank you for your help.

Rename the normal.dot file and to normal.old and see what happens.

Although the module is different, the procedure is the same.
