I'VE HAD A PROBLEM ON MY COMPUTER. SO IVE RELOADED WIN98SE
BACK ONTO IT AGAIN BUT NOW ON START UP IT COMES UP WITH ,
COULD NOT REGISTER VISUAL BASIC ENVIROMENT PLEASE RUN
SETUP, CONTAINED IN BOX SAYING MICROSOFT EXCEL..
