When I attempt to change/adjust the time, then hit apply, my computer freezes. It then shows date/time properties not responding after Ctrl-Alt-Del option. This happens every time. Win 98 SE. Any help appreciated. Try this: Extract a new copy of the file TIMEDATE.CPL to the Windows\System folder, from either your Windows 95 CD or from the CAB files on your hard drive.
