missing file

A required. DLL file, C:\wndows\system\cr tdll.dll, was
not found. what does that mean and what can I do to fix?

CRTDLL.DLL
Extract  a new copy of CRTDLL.DLL from either your Windows 98 CD or from the CAB
files on your hard drive, whichever you have, to the Windows\System folder, using the
"Extract one file" option of System File Checker (SFC).
