Windows Forum / Windows 98 / Software / July 2004Error Loading Explorer.exe.
When booting up windows 98SE I get the message: Error loading Explorer.exe. "You must reinstall windows" When I click "OK" I get the next message: Error starting program, A required .DLL files, C:\Windows\System\SHLWAPI.DLL, was not found. I cannot find the Windows 98SE software. Can anyone help me. When I got to the Windows File Manager and typed in Command.com, I got the message:"There is not enough memory to start the specified application. Quit one or more applications, and then try again."
