I keep getting a message like this:
"Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to
close."

You might have to provide more info than that--especially if there is more
info in the notice or if there is a details button that has more info. You
would probably be better off posting in an IE newsgroup. Scroll back up
the Community Newsgroups list to Internet Technologies (for an IE/OE
problem). Click it and then find the appropriate newsgroup to post
to--that's where you will find experts on the program you have a question
about.
