Where does one change the "Locality" setting in Windows 98?

My daughter tried to change something to make my computer display Greek fonts,
but now in several apps the dates are unreadable -- they aren't in Greek, but
they aren't in English either.

My dates, numbers etc are set for South Africa, but the "Loccality" still
shows as "Greece".

Start> Settings> Control Panel> Regional Settings

If that doesn't fix it (you'll have to reboot to make the
changes), then you may need to do some registry editing.
