USB mouse

I have installed driver to use usb optical mouse. but i am having problem on
my pc always hang and there is a error message saying that the pc cant detect
the ps/2 mouse port. i have checked on the mouse device list and there is no
option on ps/2. plz plz plz help me!!! thanks.

The system might think that the PS/2 mouse is installed as well as the USB
mouse.  Look for an option in BIOS setup to disable the PS/2 port.

yup. already go to bios but there is no option for ps/2 mouse. :(
