I have received an error message when i browsed from a website. ---->"HTTP
Error 403.5-Forbidden: SSL 128 is required to view this resource, Internet
Information Services (IIS).

After that, i have upgrade my I.E. to a upper version, Unfortunately, not
only i cannot access the resources, but also the computer is handed when i
try to login from my e-mail account.

Can anyone tell what the problem is?And how to avoid and solve it? Thanks a
lot!

Try to download the latest verison of I.E from the website of Microsoft.
Reboot your computer and try to
open your file again.  If your computer still handed, the better way to
solve it is to crown your computer
again if it is affected by any virus.

After the crowning, you have to upgrade your virus protection of your
computer with any anti-virus software
Reinstall your I.E and at last open your file.
