I am using Norton Anti Virus and Norton Personal Firewall
and I keep getting a message from Microsoft Internet
Explorer "The Page Can Not Be Found" any suggestions?
I even get this message when I try to contact Norton or
Microsoft.

What happens if you disable the firewall? If you can then get to sites, you will need
to configure the firewall rules. What happens if you disable add blocking? If you can
then get to sites, you will need to configure ad blocking rules.
