I am using Norton Anti Virus and Norton Personal Firewall and I keep getting a message from Microsoft Internet Explorer "The Page Can Not Be Found" any suggestions? I even get this message when I try to contact Norton or Microsoft. What happens if you disable the firewall? If you can then get to sites, you will need to configure the firewall rules.
