I recently uninstalled and then re-installed Norton System
Works. I notice now that the small "Two Computers"
Connection Icon in the System Tray Taskbar is missing.
How can I restore this Icon. Thank you.

Try looking in Dial-Up Networking.
Rightclick your connection and select Properties.
In the modem area, click Configure.
Click the  Options tab.
Check "Show modem status"
