scrolling is very slow on or off line lines appear coming
downthe screen when scrolling sys resoures is about 80%
had this probb before when sys. reoures were avbout 48%
paid to have it fixed but 3 months later here it is again

Execute MSCONFIG from the start/run applet.
Under StartUp tab, check with this database and find out if you have any
unwanted programs installed.
