Whenever I start up my computer, after it goes into
Windows, an error message pops up and when I click on
details, it tells me that Explorer.exe was not found. But,
throught MS-DOS, I checked the explorer.exe is actually
there. I tried to reboot with the startup disks with no
success. The computer also tells me there is not enough
memory to reformat my C:\ drive when I tried to. What
should I do?

Please give the exact error messages, word for word, in their entirety.
Does the error message mention the path to the "missing" Explorer.exe?
You say "it goes into Windows".....does the Desktop appear with the Desktop icons, Taskbar and Start button? You say explorer is found using DOS....are you in fact not able to start Windows?
