stdole32.tlb?

I am trying to download quickbooks 2004 - when I select
install the error message is "The install shield engine
(ikernel.exe) could not be launched. Error loading type
library/dll" - contacted intuit, their tech said I am
missing a file "stdole32.tlb" - that is supposed to be on
my windows 98 - but I cannot locate it. I am not computer-
savvy, any ideas?

/ Start / Run / SFC.EXE
= system file checker
and set it to recover from the Win98 CD one file
c:\system\stdole32.tlb
Then reboot and the installation should go OK.
