An exception OE has occurred at 0028:00000009 in VxD ---

While in internet explorer and loading a pogo game i get
an error message:

An exception OE has occurred at 0028:00000009 in VxD ---

This was called from 0028:C001C30C in VxD NDIS(01)+
00004620

Can anyone help with fixing this

It get this error or the computer reboot while loading the
game.

So it's either don't go there or use the "toggle method" to access the
games? [ugh!]
