The Windows Installer has detected an error trying to read from the cab file
that contains the installation files. This might be a problem with the
device where you have stored the downloaded file, or it might be an error in
the downloaded file, or it might be that the download has failed and
corrupted the file.
Try the download again. Store the download file to a different location, or
even to a different device. Check at the download site whether there is some
way to confirm that the download completed successfully (a file validation
check).

The file name as 2 periods. Check this out.
Open and Save As Dialog Boxes Use Decorated File Names for Files with
Multiple Periods
When you are streaming a file back as an attachment and that file contains
two periods, the Save As dialog box may have unnecessary bracket decorations
in the default file name. Internet Explorer decorates the file name by
inserting "[n]" decorations before the first period.
