I have windows 98 second edition in my computer and would
like to reinstall windows 98 but do not have an original
version of windows 98. All my versions of windows have
been upgrades. How can I uninstall my present windows and
reinstall without an original version.

If you have both the Windows 95 Upgrade and Windows 98 Upgrade CDs, you're
all set.  Wipe the computer clean, start the Windows 98 Upgrade CD
installation.  When it asks for proof of ownership of a prior version,
insert the Windows 95 Upgrade CD.  You'll be all set.
