Internal Stack Error

When I restart my computer, I can only use SAFE MODE.
(cannot print or attach to network) I get an erro message
saying that I have an 'Internal Stack overflow' and I have
to 'change the settings' in the Config.sys files. Is this
a memory issue? What do I do & where?
