Hi,

My windows 98's maximize, minimize, close window button
(the buttons at the left hand corner of each window) has
been chnaged to some very strange characters.

All font type has disappeared in Word although the font
file is still there.

How should I do to restore the original one? Pls help.

Many Thanks,

Dear Brian,

Unfortunately, after re-install Marlett, the situation is
still the same.

But I found all the things look normal in safe mode. Is
there any other method? Should I re-install win98? I'm
afraid some software like Lotus Notes client would not
function properly after re-install win98.

Many Thanks
