I can not forward anything when I press the forward
button. When I compose my own text I have no problem
sending it out.

It would help us help you if we knew what application you are using. Outlook
Express? Or Hotmail online? What?

Then it may be issues with your Internet Explorer. Try putting Hotmail into
the Trusted Zone, and/or run IE Repair from the Tools menu in MSINFO32.
Also, of course, check Hotmail FAQs for any possible issues due to your IE
settings in general.

Also, what kind of protective software have you installed recently (or
changed settings on, or are simply running--may be an update that changed
things.) Many of these are prone to "idiot-proof" settings that deliberately
break functions.
