I am missing the wcore.dll file in my computer.  How can I
get it restored/back?

Are you *sure* that's spelled correctly? When, what, where and how does this
message appear? When does it happen? What is the *exact* wording of the message,
what does the background look like? Any "Details" button?

The only reference to WCORE.DLL I find is related to "Nashua" software from
CompuwareFrontline--DevPartner and DriverStudio.
