Is MS W95 Resource Kit useful in W98?

I have a MS book with CD on the W95 Resource Kit.

Is the information useful with W98SE?

Probably not as useful as the W98 Reskit.  Take a look at your W98 CD:
tools/reskit.  If it is there, install it as it has a ton of info on W98.
