Fatal Exception OE - On Start Up

When booting, I receive the following error message:

A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C002C6CF in VXD VFAT(01) + 0000318F

I would appreciate any insight that someone might have on thios problem.

That's an ugly-sounding one-- when the FAT is mentioned!
