security certificates warnings at every site

my puter crashed a while back avery since we redid it i get a message every
tiime on the same sites over and over again that says the security
certificate.... has expired or not valid. I have hit install repeatedly and
it said install complete... but been gettin messages for 2 months....can
someone help me... Please.. i am on disability... I can't spend a lot of
money

To avoid misinformation or crossed information, please keep to that thread.
Answers there MAY not be immediate, as most of the volunteers work or
otherwise during daytime hours... that does not mean you are being ignored.
