I can't download any ActiveX, and, Java won't run but says enabled. I get
messages that say a file can't be opened because the dll path doesn't exist.
What has happened here, I have tried everything, but, without knowing much
about my computer.

Look at your Security settings tab of Tools|Internet Options to see if they
are set too strict. You might also try at http://www.sun.com/ to install
Java directly from Sun Microsystems. They defeated Microsoft in a lawsuit
for product infringement, declaring MS Virtual Machine for Java illegal.
