I have a hard drive enclosure for my Bigfoot hard drive (Windows 98) and
cannot load it onto Vista Home Premium. The PC appears to recognize the
device, but nothing happens even though the hard drive is running and
everything is hooked up.

Can anybody help me?

This is entirely a Vista issue. You need to post the question to a Vista
newsgroup. Windows 98 users wouldn't have a clue as to what to do about it.
I certainly don't
