Ideally, you would restore the backed-up data to Win98 and then use Files
and Settings Transfer (FAST) wizard to transfer all of your data to the
WinXP machine.

Are they in some kind of "backup" set, or are they stand-alone -- can you
read them directly from the floppy disk or does some kind of "restore"
required?
