Please post your question in "microsoft.public.isa.vpn" or in the VPN Forum
for your particular version of ISA at www.isaserver.org.
Note:
Remote Access VPN as expected to drop,...they are not supposed to stay up
all the time
Site-to-Site VPNs be default do not drop and are expected to be persistant.
If you configured the wrong type of VPN or are trying to misuse a Remote
Access VPN then you can expect this.
