Hi I have lost Serial Ports, PCI and Modem in Device
Manager. Using "System Information" I got the following
errors:
Secondary IDE Controler - Error 29
ACPI IRQ Holder for PCI IRQ Steering - Error 22
Could you please send me a procedure to recovery them?

Try this
Reboot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL IDE Controllers and subsidiary devices (HD/CD/DVD)
Remove ALL duplicated devices
Remove ALL error-flagged devices.
Reboot to Normal mode - windows should reinstall the required drivers

See if that helps
