I don't know if this topic fits here......

My pc crashed.... then I reboot my computer and after that
the sound card is uninstalled and the video card dont
support d3d.......

I tried several solutions like installing the
soundcard...but in the sounds and multimedia in control
panel show tha it is enable but inactive due to unknown
error.... By the way my soundcard is als4000 and if I look
it at "dependancy walker" there are lots of question mark
Icon beside each files like ntoskrnl.exe and hal.dll..

And of course I can't run some software because of the
defect in the video card ( it is Trio 3d/2x)..I also
reinstall in and i change my directX 8 to 9 but still
nothing solve my problems

pls help me pls

hal.dll is the clue here - sounds like someone attempted to install XP (or
win2K, or perhaps just the drivers) over the top of your system?

Try this
Reboot to Safe Mode
Open Device Manager
Remove ALL error-flagged devices
Remove ALL Display Adapters
Remove ALL Monitors
Remove ALL Sound-card devices.
Reboot to Normal Mode - Windows will reinstall required devices.

See if that helps -
