Hi,I am installing a belkin 32 bit pci card .After
installing and uninstalling a few times,I keep getting,the
ndis.vxd,ntkern.vxd device loader for this device could
not load the driver. code 2. Anyone with knowledge of this
please help me out. thanks for reading this.

Troubleshooting Device Driver Issues by Using the Driver Information
Database
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;275499

The most obvious, probable cause is the driver is not the one for WinME
or is defective, assuming the device is WinME-compatible.
Try to obtain a fresh copy, and if it fails to install, speak with
Belkin support.
Their website is quite good.
