I need some help? and I have ask every techy and there
stuped. My operating system is ME.

First of all I have a Sony Vaio, and when I restart the
machine and when it reboots I get this message Hardware
Monitor Error Found Press F1 to Continue or F2 for set up
which takes me to the Bios Setup.

I am not a computer whiz when it comes to this part so I
need some help.

What does this error mean and how do I get this error off.

Thank you if anyone can solve this matter.

Probably your CMOS battery *might* just be coming to the end of its useful
life. To replace the CMOS battery, see you user manual for instructions. If
you not
too sure, ask your local Computer Techie - probably the kid next door <g>
