I reformatted my hard drive and reinstalled everything.
But when I try connecting my DSL Modem using a USB
connection is giving me problems.

I have Windows Me.  Window is recognizing the modem but
when it looks for the driver it's tell me that it doesn't
find the driver for my Modem.  I think it's very weird
because I done this in the past and everything have work
fine.  Please can you tell me what is wrong I think maybe
the Modem is damage?

I have tried going to the device manager and I see the
modem there but when I double click on it telling me that
I need to install the driver and it also look like it has
a conflict.

I think it shouldn't ask me for a driver because the modem
is a plug and play device and when I connect the modem the
first time window did everything for me.  I just don't get
please help.  My e-mal is Rubirozo@aol.com

Thank you

Rafael

Hi

Unistall modem and delete settings in connection etc, wipe
any connection to modem being in your pc and reinstall
from start like u did the first time. sometimes old data
gets mixed up with new and confuse windows settings and it
does not see your divers because it thinks it already has
them.
