something has taken over my homepage

What is this web page that has taken over my computer.  It
has made
itself my homepage and won't let me read my yahoo e-mail.  
I have run
antispyware and virus scan and can't get rid of it.

Hi m8

If using explorer click on tool and internet options u
will see the web addy in the top box type in your home web
page and click on use current or click on use blank and it
will not load any web page on opening explorer u cold also
clear your cache and temp files in the middle section just
incase the data resides in file held here.
