Outlook connection to Internet

I have a Windows ME system with Outlook 6 and Exporler 6.
I have just recently lost the ability to open a link
embedded in my email messages. Went to the troubleshooting
area and tried the fix in Article 177054 (June 24, 2004)
but that does not help. Has anyone else had and corrected
this problen ?

Try re-registering the file urlmon.dll as follows:
Using Start | Run enter the following text
regsvr32 urlmon.dll
and then click OK.
