Installation troubles with IE6.0

I have the same trouble as the other posts regarding Verizon DSL requiring
IE6.0.  I'll try the fixes, too.  The main reason that I want to get the
bundled MSN email is that Verizon's is very clunky and I need some parental
controls.  I've also had trouble using Outlook Express.  I have my own
firewall.
