Whenever I do something that's simple, like accessing certain links and pages,
to something important, like accesing Windows Update, I recieve the message
"Iexplore has encountered an error at MSHTML.DLL".  It tells me to restart my
computer, but that doesn't work.  Is there a way for me to fix this because I
would like to update my computer as soon as possible.

It would help if we knew what version of IE you were running - and whether
it was fully updated or not.
How long have you had this problem?
What other symptoms do you have?
What sites does it tend to occur on? - what sites does it NOT occur on?
