Donna,

You really do need to provide more information including exact error
messages. Without this, unless a mind reader sees your message, no one
will be able to offer anything other than suggestions based on guess work.

I also get that type of message, that said it has encountered a problem, and
will shut down, and it ask to send an error report, but it happens so fast,
you can't read it, sometimes, I can click send report, but most times it just
restarts to my home page.

Ann,

To obtain help please try and post the complete error message and what you
were doing at the time. For example were you accessing web mail (Donna
mentioned checking e-mail but nothing more)? If so which, Yahoo, G-mail,
Hotmail or some other?
