Windows Explorer Doesn't work

I have just installed Norton's Anti-Virus 2005 on my ME from the Symantec
website to replace the outdated 2002 version. Now Windows Explorer doesn't
work, although, strangely, Outlook Express DOES work. Can anyone suggest a
remedy? Obviously, I cannot access the internet on that computer.

NAV2005 is incompatible with Win Me. Uninstall and instead use a Win Me
compatible AV application.
