Hi,
I want to load virgin broadband to my pc but everytime i try it tells me
keep trying. the disk i am trying to load does a check and every thins seems
in order i.e cpu ect.
What can I do to sort this problem out?

Some questions if I may.

1) How is your cable modem connected to your PC?  Is it USB or are you
connecting to a router that is then connected to the modem?
2) What disk are you being asked to insert?  A Win Me disk or some other?
