Try checking your security settings under tools internet
options. Use medium security and make sure you have
cookies enabled under custom level.

Dear Friend,
I am running Windows ME and Internet Explorer
5.50.4134.100.
Up until a few days ago there were several secure sites
that I could not access, until I made some changes to my
Internet Options settings.  The following is what works on
my computer.  If you are going to make changes, make notes
of the existing settings first:
The Internet zone seems to be the default zone for any
site that has not been put in the Trusted or Restricted
zones, so I made these settings for the Internet zone:
Security Tab - open Custom settings and set for Default -
Medium security, then change these four settings to
PROMPT: Run ActiveX controls; Allow cookies that are
stored; Access data sources across domains; Scripting of
Java applets.
Advanced Tab - check all of these - Use Fortezza, Use PCT
1.0, Use SSL 2.0, Use SSL 3.0, Use TSL 1.0.
If you decide to try these settings, then good luck, and
feedback, please.
