I have Movie Maker 1 with my ME Windows. I can save a
project from that to Media Player 1 OK, but when I try to
burn the video from either program to CD I get the message:

"You do not have permission to open this file (WMV file?)
See the owner of the file or an administrator to open
obtain permission"

Can you tell me what  this means and how do I do it?

to make your vcd?
